Viewing Feedback

We will always provide you feedback from viewings as they help gauge our marketing and gives you an indication of their thought.  Your feedback to the viewing is also important to us.

Offers and the sales process

We will immediately inform you once an offer has been made and we will advise you of the purchasers position in order that together we can make an informed decision.  Once an offer has been accepted, we will instruct both your solicitor and the purchaser solicitor to start the process of transfer. You can of course use any solicitor for this sale, however, there are solicitors we would recommend.  These solicitors are highly experienced in dealing with all aspects of businesse sales and we are happy to introduce you to theseprofessionals.  Once Solicitors have been instructed the sale process should take in the region of 4-6 weeks.

We remain fully involved throughout the sales process, smoothing any issues that may arise throughout the transfer.

Our advise is whilst the sale process is on the way is to continue running the business as normal, keeping the premises clean & tidy.
