We have just completed the sale of a sandwich bar property in Stockport. This is the seventh business or property that we have sold in Stockport in the last 12 months. The Slippery Spoon (Sandwich bar) was the most recent business to trade at the premises. You can find the commercial building at 65 Shaw Heath Stockport SK3 8BP.

Stockport is a large town within Cheshire which boarders Manchester. The town is famed for its cotton mills and plays home to the UK’s only museum dedicated to the hatting industry. Future Plans

The new owners of the building are Renewal North West. They are a charity which aim to help the less fortunate around Manchester. Whilst running homeless outreach schemes they also offer practical help to those in need. Renewal North West currently operate next door and will look to use the premises as a cafe extension for staff and users of their services.  Above all we would like to wish Renewal North West all the best with all future endeavours.
