Harvey Silver Hodgkinson are pleased to announce the sale of a fried chicken hot food takeaway in Northwich. The business can be found at 115 Witton street Northwich CW9 5DY. The business was named Yankees Fried Chicken and will soon change into a meal prep/healthy takeaway business opening on Monday 12th March 2018.

The market for healthy food cafes and meal preps seem to be increasing with many popping up across the North-West. There is still a gap in the market for a business to really take hold of the market share, especially around Manchester and Cheshire.

Our Client

Mr Abu Shadadath Ali had owned the business since 2015, he decided to put the business on the market to focus his time on his other job at Manchester Mercedes. Mr Ali contacted Harvey Silver Hodgkinson for a fully confidential discussion and shortly after the business was available to out extensive database of potential buyers. We would like to wish Abu all the best with all his future endeavors.

Myles Smethurst has been registered with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson since 2011. In that time Mr Smethurst has casually downloaded business brochures and attended arranged viewings at our businesses in the North-West. Once Myles had downloaded the details for Yankees Fried Chicken and viewed the premises an offer was accepted shortly after.

The site will soon begin its transformation from a fried chicken shop to a healthy eating cafe named Eat Clean Cuisine due to open Monday 18th March. Mr Smethurst currently operates a Eat Clean Cuisine in Warrington on Kingsway. We would like to wish Myles all the best with his new business.
