It’s not often that businesses in Uppermill become available, the area is populated with an array of fantastic independent traders. We have recently completed the sale of Rioja Tapas which is now trading as Riverside. In addition, we also sold next door which previously traded as Kitty’s. New Owner

Ms. Rachel Bithell (The purchaser) viewed the property late on in 2021 and knew straight away it was the site she wanted to open her first business. The plan is for the cafe to trade as it has been doing. However, the new owner has already introduced some new items to the menu. It seems people are already flocking to the ‘secret garden’ of Uppermill. Above all, we would like to wish Rachel all the best with her new business. We would also like to wish the seller all the best with all future endeavours.
