Cadishead Sandwich Bar SOLD

Harvey Silver Hodgkinson are pleased to announce the sale of a locally popular sandwich bar in Cadishead named Bready 2 Go. The business is situated at 111 Liverpool Road Cadishead M44 5BG.

Our Client

Colin Glendon currently lives in Irlam and had owned the business since March 2016. Mr Glendon decided to put the sandwich bar on the market due to a change in our client’s personal circumstances. Colin plans on concentrating his time on his building company following the sale. We would like to wish Colin all the best with all future endeavors.

Following hundreds of requested brochures and arranged viewings Mrs Lindsay Chapman viewed the business and an undisclosed offer was accepted. Mr Chapman and business partner ‘James’ currently live in Warrington and had only been registered with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson for a short period of time before viewing Bready 2 Go.

The new owner will continue to trade the business as is for now with plans to expand the outside catering service. A new coffee machine and deli counter have been installed alongside an increased range of paninis and cakes.

James and Lindsay had always dreamed of owning their own sandwich bar and delicatessen. Up until the sale completed the pair worked as an accountant and auditor respectively. It was great to match Lindsay and James with their dream business. We would like to wish the new owners all the best with their new business.
