Stockport Cafe SOLD and under NEW Management

Harvey Silver Hodgkinson are pleased to announce the sale of a cafe/sandwich bar named Tina’s Cafe. The business is situated at 18a Greek Street Stockport SK3 8AB. We have successfully let businesses at this address 6 times since 2002 with the first cafe sold trading as ‘Underground’.

Our Client

Christina Deary currently lives in Hazel Grove and had owned the business for a short period of time before deciding to put the business on the market. Following a informed discussion with one of our brokers the business was fully marketed through our various platforms. We would like to wish Christina all the best with all future endeavors.

Purchaser

Ms Deborah Jefferies currently lives in Congleton and had only been registered with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson for a short space of time before being matched with this business. Ms Jefferies attended a viewing at the business and an offer was accepted some time later. The new owner has previous experience running The Greyhound pub in Hale. The business will continue trading as it is for now with plans to change the name and introduce an evening bistro menu. We would like to wish Deborah all the best with her new business.

Stockport

The food and drink scene in Stockport has come on leaps and bounds in recent years. Where the Light Gets in is changing the way people see dining with their fantastic locally sourced rustic meals. The Allotment and wonderful vegetarian chef ‘Matthew Nutter’ are showing diners that Vegetarian meals can be a wonderful addition to our diets. Matthew Nutter boldly made the claim “I can make aubergine taste better than steak”. It is not surprising that more food and drink outlets are jumping on the bandwagon.
