Hot Food Takeaway Premises situated at 93 Oldham Road in Rochdale have been let. The unit situated on a busy parade of shops has been taken by 3 business partners who have taken a new 6 year lease on the premises at £4,940 per annum. The premises will now have a complete refurbishment and the new business owners are looking at opening in May 2012.
