The Lucky Dragon takeaway situated on Moorside Road in Heaton Moor, Stockport has been sold on the first day of the Chinese New Year and the year of the Dragon. The Chinese takeaway with 3 bedroom accommodation has been owned by Ms Fan since 1975 who is looking to retire. The purchaser had registered with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson in 2009 to receive our email campaigns for takeaways for sale and over that time had received each and every takeaway business we had been requested to market. Phillip Belamy of Rowlands Solicitors in Manchester City Centre acted on behalf of Ms Fan whilst Tony Carter of Harrison Townsend Ormesher of Glossop acted on behalf of the purchaser Mr Mah. We would like to wish them both the very best of luck for the future and with the 2012 being the year of the water dragon, bringing patience and smart decisions to good fortune, we are sure Mr Mah will be successful with his new purchase.
