Cheadle Sandwich Bar sold

A Sandwich Bar business has completed today.  Cafe Express situated on Turves Road in Cheadle has been sold to Mr Robin Mathews.  The business is well equipped throughout and has great potential for deliveries.  The premises are held by way of a 5 year lease from 2010 with 3 yearly rent reviews.  We would like to wish Mr Mathews the very best of luck with his new business.
