Cheadle Hulme Cafe SOLD

Harvey Silver Hodgkinson are pleased to announce the sale of the very popular Cheadle Hulme coffee shop named One Thirty. The business is located at 130 Hulme Hall Road in Cheadle Hulme SK8 6LQ.

One Thirty

This business presented a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic new owner to improve the well established coffee shop. The business possessed huge scope to increase the opening times in order to increase revenue.

Our client

Martin Stratton and Jerry Buchanan both reside in Timperley. They had owned the business since February 2015 and had only decided to sell in order to return to a previous career. Mr Stratton will concentrate on his Pharmacy business (AIMRX). The process started with a fully confidential discussion between the seller and one of our brokers. Once the business was on the market we were inundated with requests for brochures and viewing requests. We would like to wish Mr Stratton and Ms Buchanan all the best with all future endeavors.

Mr Stephen Kirby registered with Harvey Silver Hodgkinson shortly before he viewed the business. It was fantastic being able to match Mr Kirby with his ideal business so soon into his search with us. The purchaser will continue to trade the business as it is for the time being.  We would like to wish Mr Kirby all the best with his new business.
